NOTE- this happens after you complete a purchase on the website
Order Confirmation
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with instructions how to download the app.
If your on your phone click the link, or if you open the email on a desktop you can scan the QR code from your phone.
Download and set up app
Download the app from the link we send you and set up your own personal account
(Scanning only happens after you place an order on the website)
Take your scan
Follow the instructions in the app to complete your foot scan. You will require a sheet of A4 paper for calibration, or a standard sheet of letter paper in the USA.
(There is an option to complete a 3d body scan in the app but this is not required for custom foot orthotic orders)
You're Done!
Your scan will automatically be linked to your order and we will immediately start processing your scan and designing your bespoke orthotics.
